PT580 Water Pump Test Bench

Product Description：

The PT580 Pump Test Bench can be used for vibration collection and diagnosis  of various faults of centrifugal pumps (such as: cavitation phenomenon,  impeller cracks, impeller wear, impeller imbalance and other faults), including  it can simulate a variety of faulty bearing elements, detect and judge the  failure type of fault signal.

Configuration：

The Water Pump Test Bench mainly consists of motors, frequency converters,  couplings, support bearings, water circulation pumps, piping, shut-off valves,  tanks, pointer pressure gauges, operating variable control modules, faulty  bearings, faulty impellers.

Function：

• Observing and testing cavitation in centrifugal pumps.

• Support bearing failure, inner ring, outer ring, ball, cage, comprehensive failure.

• Unbalanced, worn and deformed impellers.

• Observation of slow filling, low outlet pressure, and substandard flow rate of  centrifugal pumps.

• Interruption phenomenon after the centrifugal pump pipeline drains.

• Characteristics of centrifugal pump operation vibration through vibration analysis.

• Understand and interpret the spectral characteristics of faulty components.

• Testing fault signals using computer vibration analysis method.
